Frequently Ask Questions
Delivery & Shipping
We use Leopards and Blue-Ex for most deliveries within Pakistan.

Major cities: 3–4 working days (Monday–Saturday)
Minor or interior cities: 2–5 working days
Delivery on weekends depends on the courier service. Some orders may be delivered on weekends.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a text message containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment.
Order Issues
Your order may be cancelled due to one of the following reasons:
Incorrect phone number or address
No response to confirmation calls we do not dispatch orders without call confirmation. If the order is not confirmed within two days, it is automatically cancelled.
Note: Bank transfer orders do not require call confirmation and are dispatched once payment is received.

There may be slight shade variations due to bulk shipments from different suppliers, but authenticity and quality are guaranteed.
We source women’s jeans mainly from factories where branded products are manufactured. These include:
Excess stock
Items with incorrect size labels
Around 70% of products come directly from factories, while others are sourced from trusted suppliers. Products are manufactured in Pakistan, Turkey, China, and India, and all are original.
Approximately 80% of our products are tagged. Some items may have cut labels or no labels.
Order Information
You will receive an automated email confirming your order.
Once packed, you will also receive a dispatch confirmation call.
Orders are shipped via Blue-Ex.
